The whole family can learn to live up to their full potential!

Do you have programs for children & teenagers?

Yes! Our children's programs are an excellent extra-curricular activity for your child. We focus on quality instruction and personal attention to all of our students. Do you have programs for young children?

Yes! Our "Little Tigers Program" is specifically designed for children ages 3-5. Our award-winning program not only works with your child's coordination, muscle memory, and fine motor skills, but also focuses on the less obvious but perhaps more important factors such as self-esteem, self-discipline, and respect. Our instructors use positive reinforcement to focus on the abilities of your child, making for a fun and exciting learning environment.

Do you have programs for adults?

Yes! Our adult programs are geared towards developing and maintaining a sound body and mind. Some of the techniques we employ include isometric and tension exercises, gradual stretching, concentration exercises, & practice drills. Students will notice a substanial increase in energy, fitness, self-discipline, and confidence, as well as learn essential self-defense techniques and find a great stress-reliever.

Is previous martial arts experience necessary?

No! If this is your first encounter with martial arts, you have nothing to worry about. The curriculum builds upon itself, and is designed for newcomers to the sport. Our friendly instructors will help and teach you everything you need to know. If you do happen to have previous experience, then you will be able to jump right in and train with students at your same skill level.

I've heard that martial arts teaches kids that fighting is the answer. Is this true?

Absolutely not true!! Martial arts teaches the exact opposite. Taekwondo is founded upon and instills mutual respect, self-discipline, self-control, obedience, and responsibility. The student philosophies and creed clearly summarize the values embraced and taught by Taekwondo.
